As a hard-working mother, Ava truly understands the everyday struggles faced in Hastings—Lennox and Addington—Tyendinaga. Raising six children, a dog, a cat, a bunny, and chickens in Marmora, Ava has to face the same challenges that most Canadians are facing today: trying to balance rising prices at the grocery store, the cost of fuel, costs of medications, and livestock feed.
Driven by the desire to be a representative of the hard-working people of her constituency – not Bay Street – Ava will fight to best represent the true needs of her neighbours and listen to what matters most to them. At a time when our economy is under attack by Trump’s tariffs and our sovereignty as a nation is threatened, it's time for a government that actually represents the people of our country and not just the top 1%. Together we are strong, together we win.
